My photographic interests include events, action, portraits that don’t look "portraity", capturing fine details in large and small vistas, and any animal (wild or domesticated.)

I hate to feel like someone might be out-working me.

I like to bake my Grandmother’s Norwegian Christmas cookies.(Not always just at Christmas!)

 I can lose hours “mooning around” inside good photographs studying the colors and fine gradations of detail. A great photo makes me feel like I am in a whirlwind and that I am the calm center - at least that’s the closest I can come to describing it!

It’s the documenting of particular moments of time and storing them away for future reference that really drives me.
